Tagging Taxonomy

Teaching the app
to speak speedskating.

Tagging itself ships today, and every sport already on sportsense has its own category set, so a clip gets filed by the skill on screen, the camera angle, the conditions, and where in the race it happened. Once tags are on, a lap stops being a video buried in a camera roll and becomes a piece of a season you can search back to.

Speedskating does not have that category set yet. Below is the taxonomy we would build, drawn from how coaches already talk on the ice. It is a starting point rather than a finished spec, and we would rather shape it with the first clubs on the platform than hand them something we guessed at.

Clubs can also add their own categories in the web admin, so nothing here locks a program into our vocabulary.
